Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

Aroma has juicy and ripe apples with some leathery notes. Feels slightly acidic. Flavour has somewhat intensive and ripe apple juice, leathery notes, hints of sugar. Dry and a bit acidic finish with floury apples and fruit sugar. Balanced and nice.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a pale yellow color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was tangy sulfur - very off and very bad. The flavor was tangy egg whites, sulfur and a bit of apple juice. Medium length egg white, sulfur and apple juice finish. Medium body. Awful - drain poured.

Bottle. On the sweet side and very fruity, yet quite vinous and semi dry. A beginners hard cider. Drinkable.

12 oz bottle bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID. Pours almost clear gold with no head, only a small ring of foam. Aroma is apple-y, but not extremely so, white wine-like. Taste is tart and dry. Carbonation is medium-high. Not bad.

Bottle: Poured a super pale yellow color cider with a small bubbly head. Aroma consists of unsweetened apple juice with a light thin finish. Taste is dominated by dry apple notes with somewhat of a bland finish. Body is light with medium carbonation. Not bad but quite bland and a bit thin for my taste.

It seems sammy is a little late arriving at the cider scene, no? From a bottle. Smooth apple aroma. A little waxy on the tongue. Tangy at first. Sour apple and dry. Not too much co2. Not as sweet as woodchuck but still has some unfermented sugars in ther. Good, fruity sweeter bubbly wine feel. Goes down fairly easy, yez, a little winelike fer sure. Overall much above average for a brew but about average for a cider.
