Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

bottle - Golden, minimal head, tart apple aroma. The taste was sweet but as the name indicates it wasn’t as sweet as the ginger version. It finishes moderately dry and crisp.

Bottle at SPSBF. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has a nice dry apple note with a bit of tartness towards the finish. Flavor starts with tart apples with some sweet undertones and a dryness in the finish.

12oz bottle from The Grapevine
Appearance: Clear golden with a small white head
Aroma: Sweet red apples
Taste: Apples and sugar
A decent cider. I like the Apple Ginger better than this one.

Clean dry cider, mildly flavored with apple. Not as interesting as the ginger spice one. Mildly tart, a tad thin.

Bottle @ home. Random mini cider tasting. Clear, dark golden appearance with a tiny white head. Pulpy red apple, fairly dry, light white wine, pear aroma. Somewhat tart, tangy, apple pulp, slightly spicy, juicy flavor. Decent but pretty one dimensional.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Colonial Wine and Spirits, 5/8/12

Aroma: The nose is mostly just sweet and slightly tart apples
Appearance: It pours a clear yellow-gold with a fizzy white head and light lace
Flavor: The taste is much of the same, lots of apple, mid-heavy sweet, over light-mid tart
Palate: The body is fairly light (thought it leans a touch medium), and with a little bit of fizz to it
Overall Impression: This was a decent cider. I'm not a giant fan of the style, but this one was fine. The apple presence is fairly balanced between the sweet and the tart (though it leans just a bit to the sweet side).

Bottle. Clear golden. Apple juice aroma. Musty apple wine flavor. Very dry and astringent. Light to medium body.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours dark gold with a few bubbles. Light aromas of floral and appleskin. Near med body. Flavor is tart, astringent apple skin. I’m thinking some red apples are in this. It is very dry. Very.

Deep gold with a white head. Tart apples with a dry finish. Good but a bit boring.

Bottle from a Kroger. Pours a clear amber color with a decent sized head. Aroma of tart apples and an almost herbal note. The taste is sweet apples with a tart finish. A bit of spice. Thin and watery. Meh.
