Our Traditional Dry cider is made in the style of English draft ciders. This cider is bittersweet and slightly spicy with a bright apple aroma. The dryness makes you pucker and look forward to another sip.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear dark gold with no head. Aroma is sweet fruit and red apples, but you can barely tell its there. Taste is medium sweet. I would not call this dry at all, but I suppose it is compared to their other offerings. Taste of sweet fermented fruits and champagne yeast. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, it’s not too bad. It still beats the pants of of most of the Woodchuck offerings.

Poured into a SA perfect glass. Clear amber/oak colored body. Lingering frothy ring of head. Smells like a blend of Juicy Juice apple grape juice, banana/plastic weirdness, & powdered sugar. Taste is like licking the inside of a Blow-pop wrapper. Apple-ish flavor, waxy plastic & stale water dominate. Lacquer, grape juice, & green Skittles fail to keep this drink tasting dry. A touch of bitterness that keeps me from regurgitating it. So-so crispness. Acidic, grain finish.
