A premium pale ale with lots of aroma, bitterness and hop flavour. Made with late "Galaxy" hops from Australia, then balanced with plenty of "Brewer's Gold" from Germany.

Pours cloudy orange with some head on cask. Malty and some hops here with decent malt profile. Everything is well-balanced on this one, albeit light on the palate. Finishes sour. Good session beer but not very memorable. Cask Days 2013.
