Gebraut mit der Kraft der Sonne, golden im Glas. So zeigt sich das Weiherer Lager. Im Geruch dominieren getreidige Malznoten, die sich auch im ersten Schluck fortsetzen. Dazu gesellt sich recht bald frischer Hopfen, der das Bier zu einem ausgewogenen Lager macht. Es klingt leicht herb, mit anhaltender Bittere, aber nicht zu vernachlässigenden Malznoten aus. Das Bier, das zu jedem Genießer passt.

Optisch klares Gold, schöne Perlung. In der Nase Getreide. Im Trunk ebenso, mittig Malz, bittersüß, kernig, sehr süffig. Lecker.

Bottled 500ml. -from City Markt Bamberg. Clear pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, mild hoppy nose. Malty, grainy, cereals and mild herbal hoppy with touch of caramel. Decent bitterness in the finish but still ordinary beer.

Pint at Kundmuller, opaque ceramic glass, but I think this thing is mostly clear with some white head. Nose is classic, doughy, honey, marmalade, yeast. Flavor has honey and white grist, straw, flowers, orange, dough. Lightly slick finish. Nice.

Flaske 500ml spandert av djoeye. Delt hos ham 28 Nov 11. Gylden. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Forsiktig maltaroma. Smaken balansert. Malt & gress med hint av frukt. Tørr ettersmak. Ga mersmak.

In a blind tasting with Dr. Beer. Pours rather clear blonde. Small white head. Smell is very corn-forward. Mild esthers, doughy grains, but mostly just corn. Or more like the pasta in the wattery soup you get in a chinese restaurant. Noodles. Taste is Medium full. bit dusty. some paper. Weak body. Mild breadyness. Don’t get the noodle-thing to much in the taste.

Draft at In De Wildeman. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of grain, light malt and light fruity notes. Flavour is light sweet and above light bitter. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Flasche 0,5l: Golden, klar, feinperlig, kräftiger grobporiger Schaum; recht süße Nase, malzige Süße, deutlich nach Karamell, leichte Nussigkeit; im Körper recht süß, kräftig, schöne Würze, spritzig-cremig, deutliche Kohlensäure, deutliche Hopfennoten, bleibt würzig; angenehmer würziger Nachgang mit leichter Bitterkeit

Bottle from Geers. Thick, stable, creamy, snow white head over a cristal clear, ’old gold’ coloured beer with calm fizz. Aroma of white bread, sourdough, some iron but not disturbingly so, dry straw, cereals, faint hint of grass, cloth. Grainy taste, smooth and bit oily mouthfeel, lightly bready malt sweetness, mild herbal hop bitterish touch in the finish. Decent and quaffable, but very average even for a Helles.

Draft @ Bootshaus-im-Hain, Bamberg. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak caramel flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy caramel finish.
