Onze hoppigste biersoort. In dit goud-amber bier proef je de Amerikaanse hopbitter met tonen van limoen en dille uit Sorachi Ace en Cascade dry-hop. Een complex, krachtig en toch evenwichtig bier.

Mout: Pils, Pale ale en CaraPils
Hop: Centennial, Citra, Sorachi Ace en Cascade
Divers: Dextrose

Aroma of malt, caramel, fruits, sweet orange, grapefruits, hops. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet with a medium bitter finish. Body could be a bit fuller. Still, quite a tasty DIPA and definitely the best I’ve had from this brewery.

Bottle. Golden color. Grassy aroma with citrus and ripe tropical fruit. Firm citric hopbitter flavor. Piney with ripe tropical fruit. Grassy, earthy notes. Nice!

Draft at In De Wildeman. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fruity hops, citrus, herbal hop notes and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

hazy orange colour, practically no head at all; aroma of tropical fruits, biscuity-caramel notes, some grass, pine, orange zest and some alcoholic notes; taste is the same with hints of dill and some spicy notes; great IIPA

Tastingfest at Maakun’s. Hele lekkere volle kruidige ipa. Backlog from 2014/12/20. Draft sampled at PINT Winterbier festival Gouda 2016. Dark blonde, light amber. Fruity, minty hoppy, light milky, medium sweet, medium bitter, medium body, medium carbonation.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, hops, and citrus fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle at Tuesday Share, Taphouse, Copenhagen - Golden Amber pour with white head and lacing. Fruity and malty aroma and taste, some caramel, toffeish, some nice hoppy notes, solid bitter finish. Nice!

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and greasy hoppy. Fruity, bitter and greasy hoppy. Lingering fruity, slight pine and solid hoppy. Dry and bitter finish.
