Tasting at Bruce’s pad. Almost opaque dark red- brown beer. Small bubbly pale tan head. Palate is light and semi dry. A little fine carbonation. Mild Flemish red like sourness followed by a robust woody bitterness in the mid. Reveals red wine fruits toward the dry finish. Beguiling and drinks well below the abv!

Light to medium bodied with fine, crisp carbonation, lightly dry to finish, dry burnt woody bitterness, tangy grapes and berries, bitter dirt, hints of bittersweet cocoa. Hints of sweat.
