Brygget til ære for Bryghusets Ambassadører og andre glade ølnydere. En lys variation over den klassiske tyske øltype Altbier, hvilket refererer til at øllet er brygget og overgæret på samme måde som før den moderne, undergærede pilsnerøl blev indført. Lys og gylden med afstemt sødme fra malten og en let bitterhed fra tysk humle.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a creamy, beige head. Fruity, lightly nutty nose with a hint of brown sugar. Medium body, dry nuttiness - very clean. Hardly any bitterness. Very subtle but clean and well made. 230524

20/1/2024. Bottle shared at CLBF/IKL. From Rema 1000 Hornbaek. Pours clear bright amber bronze with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, butter, stewed fruits, straw, malt. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Oily with above average carbonation.

Bottle, 5.6%. Hazy golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is malt, corn, caramel and hay. Flavour is malt, caramel, hay, medium sweet, hop, little grainy, yeast, little dark fruit, little bread and medium bitter.

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, caramel, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, hay, sweet malt, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131125]

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly deminishing head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter strange flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Wooly notes. Oily palate.
