Since the first batch, our people can’t get enough of this creamy, complex, drinkable stout. We crafted this unfiltered brew with oats for creaminess, lactose for sweetness, Belgian dark syrups for intense dark fruit notes, dark malts for a hint of chocolate and coffee roast, and just enough hops for a balanced finish. The perfect beer made for the perfect moment. Hops: Centennial.

Bomber from Berkeley Bowl West. Pours dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of coffee, dark malt, darkish fruit and maybe some chocolate. Med + body at least. Flavor is coffee, chocolate, darkish fruit and some rather dark, treacly malt. Not at all dry. Not very bitter either. Pleasant drink.

650ml bottle. Jet black colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimalyl lacing, beige to tan head. Nuttily and slightly chocolately, dark malty aroma, a touch of molasses and treacle, chocolate yoghurt. Taste is roasty dark malty, nuttily, slightly chocolately, hints of cocoa, chocolate yoghurt, mildly bitter hoppy counterweight, a touch of red and dark fruit, hints of coffee. Though many-faceted in analysis rather simple, if not monotonous in drinking.

Bottled (AbM). Black colour, mediumsized brown head. Aroma is chocolate, some roast, mild burnt sugar and some syrup. Flavour is being quite similar in a rather sweet way, as the alcohol also gives it a slight kick. Ok, but then again quite simplistic.
