Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, muddy brown - really ugly - with a tellowish, lacing head. Unpleasant tart aroma. Things improve flavour-wise, soft and smooth on the palate, the tartness has gone and it ends with a distinct hop bitterness. Starts really bads but really improves. 301013

Bottle. Pours murky reddish copper with medium foamy white head. Aroma is banan, cloves, coriander, dried pineapple, dried papaya, dried mango, dried banana, malt and light alcohol. Taste is initial medium to heavy sweet, then medium sweet, medium acidic and light bitter in good balance. Body is milky with gentle carbonation. Finish is long, creamy and acidic sweet with notes of passion fruit, pineapple, sweet grapefruit, sour green grapes, malt, wheat bread, cardamom, cloves, ginger and cinnamon. Very intense sweet and acidic taste, but in excellent balance, which makes this beer both refreshing and complex at the same time.

Bottle at home. Has a cloudy amber colour with a huge light beige and creamy head. Aroma of fruity hops, dried apricot, caramel, spices, heather and some leather. The flavour is more malty and slightly sweet. I also find more dried fruit and oak. Rich and hoppy. Has a rich and soft mouthfeel, and a light to medium bitterness. A rich and tasteful weizen bock, and surprisingly hoppy.

50 cl. bottle. Hazy, brown colour with a frothy, lasting off-white head. Sweet, fruity aroma with citrus, peach and grapefruits, caramel malts and yeasts. Taste is sweet with dark sugars. Medium to full body, creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry with tropical fruits, rich caramel malts and dark sugar. A good mixture of styles.
