On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear pale yellow with very little head. Aroma is tart, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is really nice tart brett and some citrus. My favorite brew of the night.

Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, citrus, passion fruit, mint - minerals, fruit tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20131111]

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a medium yellow-golden color with a small white head that faded quickly. The aroma was citric, herbal and tangy. The flavor was dry, tangy and citric with a moderate herbal presence and notes of cherry, bamboo shoots and oregano showing through. The finish was long, tangy, tart, herbal and fruity. Medium body. Interesting.
