It pours with a mahogany colored body that supports a tan head. The aroma offers sweetened berries, sherry notes and plums as well as some tartness leading into sour. The taste is similar with tartness and mild acidic sour citrus as well as muted malt sweetened berries and raspberries. This is a little dry and Iโ€™m loving the balance between the sweeter barrel notes and base beer with the tartness and sour.
