Cask (gravity) @ Microbar, Market Hall, Arndale Centre, Manchester, Greater Manchester, England M4 2HU.Clear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, apple, earthy - damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity, caramel, earthy - damp stain - fusty, earthy malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130125]

Cask at the Microbar beer festival Manchester, 2013. Gold pour with a white head. Vanilla and citrus aroma. Fresh citrus tang with hints of caramel. Fruity finish.
