A rich dark beer with a deep red hue from roast Barley and pale chocolate malt. Progress and Styrian Goldings hops predominantly feature as flavour and aroma notes to help make this a beer with many levels. Well balanced, with an underlying maltiness, and a subtle fruit aroma, excellent with Yorkshire Parkin, Christmas Pudding, Cake and Mince Pies. This is a winter beer that is ultimately best described as moreish!

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Brown pour with a white head. Raisins, figs, dates, dark fruit and caramel aromas. Flavours of wheat, baked apple, sweet spices, raisins, some coffee and vanilla. Dry, sweet and malty finish.
