Ein amerikanisches Pale Ale mit kräftigem Hopfenaromen. Hier wird der größte Hopfenanteil als Kalthopfung in dem Biertank nach beendeter Primärgärung dazu gegeben. Dadurch erhält man die wunderbaren Fruchtaromen der amerikanischen Hopfensorten Cascade, Citra, Simcoe und Chinook. Das Bier wurde mit Pilsner, Münchner und Cara-Hell Malzen gebraut und mit einer obergärigen Ale Hefe bei 20 Grad Celsius vergoren.

bottle from the brewery. Brownish golden with atall white head. Hoppy nose, fruity and piney. Good malty base with just the right sweetness to counterbalance the piney, fruity hops that also leave a pleasant bitter finish.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass amber coloured, small head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Starts mild, spicy-malty. More and more fresh hoppy, hints of lemon, some grapefruit. Some herbs as well. Spicy hoppy finish. Quite drinkable. Nice!

Light hoppy aroma and yellowish almost clear body. That’s for the start. The taste feels light, medium bitter.
