Auf der Basis von RedX und Müncher, verfeinert mit Cara-Hell und Cara-Münch Malzen wurde dieses feine Bockbier mit einer satten rötlichen Farbe gebraut. Als Bitterhopfen wurde Perle und zur Aromahopfung Fantasia und Saazer verwendet. Vergärt wurde das Bier bei 10 Grad Celsius mit einer Lagerhefe. Neben der kräftigen Farbe kommen hier schöne Malz- und Fruchtaromen zum Tragen.

Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, mild roasty. Shy chocolate hints. Finish well balanced, soft-malty. Mild bitterness. Nice!

bottle from the brewery. Dark brown with a tall beige head. Aroma of chocolate. Full-bodied, more chocolate and roasty flavours, shy hints of coffee. Full-bodied and smooth.

Pours a dark ruby color. Aroma is malt, caramel and bread. Flavour is malt, caramel, bread.
