Cask, half pint at New Oxford in Salford, shared with Finn. Bubbly ring to the rim of the surface. Fragile lacing down the glass. Clear amber-brown body. Malty aroma with a caramel punch. Flavours of brown and black malts followed by leafy hops. Smooth malt bitter end. Medium bodied. Decent bitter (Backlog from New Oxford Winter Ales Festival 27.01.2013).
