Dark reddish brown, with an off white beige head. Dark fruit, sugary figs, minerals and light grasses. Solid mouth feel, solid carb. Light bitterness, really nice Belgian ale, reminds me of westmalle dubbel
Toasted biscuit, which is mildly sweet. A bit of booze, notable mineral tang. A little thin on the palate. Lingering mild bitterness. Decent.

This ale poured a deep amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include ripe fruit, brown sugar, caramel and a little alcohol. First swig was thicker and very creamy. Flavours of figs, ripe fruit, cinnamon, apple cider and liquors. Finish is sweeter with ripe fruit flavours lingering forever.
