Bottle 50cl. Black with a nice lightbrown head. Aroma of roasted malt, dried fruit and chocolate. Medium bitter taste with a ok roasted and chocolate end. Not bad

Bottle at home. Has a deep and clear nut brown colour with a small, beige head. Aroma of nuts, roasted malt, chocolate, dried fruit and wood. Nice. The flavour has more roasted malt and is more sweet. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A solid beer, but more like a brown ale than something with Christmas.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours murky brown with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of fruit and hops, and touches of caramel. Bitter finish with sourish hints. Nothing special.

Bottle. It pours a clear, brown body and a dense, finger-thick beige head. The aroma is roasted and spiced, with black pepper, ginger, cloves and some orange notes. It’s spiced in the mouth as well, cloves initially, then there’s orange notes, pepper and some ginger. Lightly spice-burning in the mouth, fullbodied and pleasanty carbonated. Roasted, spiced finish. A quite pleasant spiced Christmas beer, but I think it’s a good idea to share a bottle, the spices doesn’t mix too good with the malts. 131123

Bottle @ Invasion U.S.A, Ulfborg 2013. Pours ruby amber with a small off white head. Lots of spices and yeasty phenols. Amager hylden. Not for me..
