Bottle thanks to Ari! Pours a clear amber with a creamy light brown head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has sour light fruits with a hint of light plum and a touch of funk. Flavor has more of an earthy note with light sour fruits with a good amount of funk.

Bottle 750ml.Clear medium yellow - amber orange colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, plum, light caramel, funky, wood notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wood, brett, fruity - plum, medium dry, light wine - wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131122]

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 3/26/2012. Pours slightly hazy deep orange copper color with a 2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings to the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tart green apple, plum, pear, lemon zest, hay, straw, oak, clove, pepper, toast, light caramel, vinegar, leather, funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of plum, yeast, oak, and moderate malt notes; with good strength. Taste of tart green apple, plum, pear, lemon zest, hay, straw, oak, clove, pepper, toast, light caramel, vinegar, leather, funk, and yeast earthiness. Light earthy/spicy tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of green apple, plum, pear, lemon zest, toast, hay, straw, oak, clove, pepper, light caramel, vinegar, leather, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and balance of plum, yeast, oak, and moderate malt flavors; with a crisp malt/yeast balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly acidic mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very nice fruited wild ale. All around good complexity and balance of plum, yeast, oak, and moderate malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Poursbcloudy amber with small white head. Clear, vinous aroma with notes of hops and flowers. Sour, vinous flavour, with abrupt, estery and fermented finish. OK.

Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, dried fruits and funk. Taste is light to medium sweet and light to medium sour with a long sour, dry and fruity finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl corked. Batch 976. It’s a more or less clear one, dark amber in color and with a dense, light beige head of moderate size. The aroma is quite fruity, plums and some lemony hints. A faint peppery and bretty touch too. Some faint caramel notes in the flavor, but it’s the fruityness that dominates. Plums and some lemon. Peppery hints towards the end, and a nice bitterness. A quite nice one, but not impressive in any way. Drinks easy and tastes well. 131122

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear orange with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and light bretty. Flavor is medium sweet, moderate bitter and light acidic. Dry, moderate bitter and light acidic finish. 221113

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are brett, fruits, wood, malt and hops. Nice and sour.
