Next up this week we have the eighth installment in our Canvas series. Canvas is an experimental hoppy beer series that serves as a bit of a playground for our brew team to try some different things from a recipe standpoint that are a bit outside the norm for us.

For our latest, we’ve left our standard hazy IPA grain bill and hopping rates largely unchanged but have swapped out our house yeast for a new strain. We then dry hopped this one with some choice Nelson Sauvin and Southern Cross from @freestylehops along with a blend of Citra and Citra Cryo.

Expect a tropical, citrus forward hop profile, chock full of juicy passionfruit, orange, pineapple and grapefruit zest with a lush mouthfeel and soft pithy bitterness on the finish
