750ml Corked and caged bottle. Pours a slightly hazy orange with a blush of red. Sparkling, but no real lasting head as expected. Somewhat musty aroma of apple, fermenting apple. The flavor is lightly fruity, apple with just a touch of sweetness. Dry with light effervescent body.
