Tap at Schulz Brau, Knoxville. Colour is clear dark copper with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Some smoke, some tar, bread and malts.

Clear dark brown body with an off white head. Smoky, bacony aroma. The flavor is, as are all of their beers, well balanced with no component being dominant with perhaps the exception to a smoky flavor which is dominant of it’s own nature. Very nicely done rauchbier.
