Bottle 500ml.Clear light to medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, barley, sweet malt, sugary. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, caramle, sweet malt, sugary, residual sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20130917]

Biggish beige head. Clear deep dark brown body with strong carbonation. Roasty perfumy fruity aroma with earthy raisiny notes. Sweet-dryish raisiny fruity taste with earthy caramelly notes. Fizzy mouthfeel. Mid-to-full body. Dryish raisiny fruity aftertaste with earthy roasty dusty rye crisp bread notes. Very nice, full-flavoured and highly drinkable. Long lingering wild honey notes. (0.5l bottle, from Toft Vin, Copenhagen.)
