Sampled @ RB Danish Summer Gathering 2013 day 1, Ulfborg. Bottle. A bit unclear orange color, small off - white to beige head. Aroma is lightly malty, lightly hoppy, a bit flowery. Taste malts, alcohol, some sweetness, lightly hops again. Maybe a slight touch of bitter towards the end. Well, not like any other Quadruple I’ve tasted, so maybe not very representative for the style, but I like it.

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty, light yeasty and mild phenolic. Bitter, toffee and caramelish. Smooth toasted malty, bitter and light breadish finish.

Bottle, 10,2%. Hazy dark amber with small off-white head. Flavour is malt, yeast, dark fruits, caramel and a little toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, dark fruits, medium sweet, toasted and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, Ulfborg. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, nuts, malt and hops.

Bottle @ TSODRBSG13, Ulfborg. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 300813
