Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: pale yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grassy/funky/earthy/pine needles, wet dried cement and some hay features which mesh with a super light malt base
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together to meet semi-sweet with a funky tone; finishes semi-dry and funky to earthy
Texture: light bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also some dryness
Overall: might be a very nice beer next to some halibut steak. I believe I could return to this.

Pours slightly hazed yellow gold into a tulip. White head with little retention quickly recedes to stillness. Hay, apricot and funk aromas. Soft and thin with sweet apricot and straw upfront turning to mild funky bandaid in the watery finish.
