Pours bronze tinged amber into a shaker. Off-white head with excellent retention recedes leaving trailing spiders. Sweet molasses and roasted malt aromas. Soft and dry with licorice and multigrain sourdough upfront turning to earthy molasses brown bread in the medium length finish. Original review text: Pours dark mahogany into a willi. Tan micro head with good retention after vigorous pour (no widget, I wonder how the canned versions in the series are “nitro”). Dark caramel and pit fruit aromas. Soft, creamy but thin with dark caramel and earthy raisin bread upfront turning to sweet butterscotch in the medium length finish.
