Cask @ GBBF14. Smooth and grainy beginning. Not much lemon, only hints of. The mainpart is easy to drink, fresh grainy hints with if you think of sourish lemon-like endings. The aftertaste is smooth, fresh. Not much deepness there, hints of lemons, but only hints. Fresh grains, nice yeast and a nice ale flavour. Not as much lemon as expected...

On cask at Morgan’s in Shrewsbury. Appearance - golden orange with a nice lacy head. Nose - lemon and some sweet fruitcake notes. Some herbs too. Taste - predominantly dried fruit notes with a hint of lemon and herbs towards the end. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a balanced dry finish. Overall - enjoyed it.

Cask at the Birmingham Beer Festival 2013. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is strong lemon citrus fruit, dry yeast, stale malt and a hint of liqourice. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with a watery light bodied palate. I expected more but I can’t say I was too disappointed.

RE-RATE: Cask @ The Crown, Wentnor. Subtle lemon meringue nose, fresh, quenching taste with a light bitterness. Very refreshing beer. Cask at The Shrewsbury Hotel. Didnt get a lot of Lemon from this, which with a name like Lemon Dream is somewhat disappointing. Taste was ok but not quite tasty enough to get me buying another.
