Pours mahogany tinged black into a shaker. Mocha head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Dark chocolate, espresso and soy aromas. Medium bodied with dry, sweet dark pit fruit, milk chocolate and brown bread upfront turning to raisins and licorice in the lasting finish.

Interesting. Rum barreled aged mild is all sorts of oxymoron. Dark pour. Nose is rum and coke. Tastes the same, earth, raisins, chocolate, fig. Smooth and light. Some rum sugar sweetness.
