Pours pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention recedes to coat surface. Hay and rice aromas. Crisp with sweet hay and mochi upfront turning to soft, earthy pie crust in the medium length finish. Crisp, refreshing and significantly better than that other rice beer.
