We designed this new Pale Ale around two intriguing hops - Belma and Meridian. Both are relatively new (in general and to us) but seem to fit perfectly with our approach to hop-forward ales. The intersection between the two varieties lies in the realm of mixed berry qualities (strawberry, currant, concord grape). You’ll also find lemon zest, melon and just ripe peach on the complimentary side to round things out. The latest batch leans into the clean, bright and appropriately bitter qualities of Patch and sports some punchy modifications to the dry hop - one that throws plenty of melon, citrus and berry.

Pour hazy light gold into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Dusty pineapple and mango peel aromas. Soft with sweet kettle corn and earthy tropical fruit skin and heather upfront turning to mild lemon pith in the medium length finish.
