Feel like I’ve been neglecting ciders as of late. Clearish colored good amounts of bubbles. Nose is tart and white wine. Tastes of nice tart crab apples, earthy, vinous, quite acidic little sweetness

Pours light, clear pear into a snifter. White head with little retention recedes to nothing. Apple and grape aromas. Tart with sweet white grape and tart apple front to back. Lasting earthy grape and apple skin finish.
