2022 release: Brewed for our inaugural Starkbierfest. Triple decocted, open fermented, naturally carbonated and lagered for 3 months. German Munich malt, Spalt hops, German lager yeast.

Pours deep mahogany into a stem glass. Mocha head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Dark caramel, pit fruit and molasses aromas. Soft and sweet with molasses, dried pit fruit and warming spice front to back.
