Just in time for Dry(ish) January, our 2.9% ABV 8° Plato Czech Pale Lager - Here Comes a Regular - is back! For this third iteration, we used a combination of our favorite European malts and put them through an intensive decoction mash to extract the most malt character possible in a 2.9% ABV beer. We also employed a few other process and ingredient twists born from a decade of session
beer brewing. ⁣

The result? A beer perfect for dry(ish) January. Here Comes A Regular is a pale lager that drinks way above its weight, with a full malt character that is
round and soft, flavors of bread and biscuit, aromas of noble hop spice and a finish that is clean and bright.

Pours deep clear gold into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Cracked malt aromas. Crisp and dry with sweet hay and malt upfront turning to wet earthy straw in the medium length finish. Impressive flavor for the abv.
