16/1/2025. Bottle bought at Gino's Brick Oven Pizza, Quezon City. Courtesy of a friend who holidayed in The Philippines over Christmas. Much appreciated! Pours unclear mid-brown with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, resin, malty, bready, caramel, light herb, stewed fruits, slight wet nutty edge. Moderate sweetness, quite bitter. Medium body, average carbonation. Punchy if a little flawed.
