Papstbier anlässlich des Papstbesuches im September 2011 haben wir ein hochwertiges BIO-Pils gebraut. Verwendet wurde BIO-zertifiziertes Malz und BIO-Hopfen aus der Hallertau. Unter Beachtung der Mondphasen wurde das Bier während der Reifung mit den Gregorianischen Chorälen bespielt und beseelt. Das Ergebnis ist ein süffiges, naturtrübes Pils mit angenehmer Hopfennote. 5,2 % vol/alk

Draught at the brewpub. Golden coloured, small white head that went away slowly, malty nose. Moderate malty, light hoppy and herbal with grassy notes in rather bitter finish. Pleasant one.
