Full Bird is our take on the classic West Coast IPA. The beer features a hop bill that includes Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe. If you like it hoppy, this beer is for you. The beer is brewed to honor all army soldiers, and the name “Full Bird” is a informal term given to someone of a higher rank because of the insignia they wear on their uniform.

On tap at Bayboro, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some earthy hops, a touch of pine, and bready malt. Flavour has a nice piney hop bitterness, light resins, citrus zest, and crisp biscuity malt. Assertively hopped, finishing with lots of piney bitterness. Very good.

Pine and decent malt backbone. Golden pour with great head and lacing. Bitter finish. Easy drinking. Tap at brewery.
