Draft at Tall Oaks, 11/11/24. Medium brown, reddish hue, tan head, decent lace. Roast and grain. Earthy. Caramel and toffee notes. Very smooth and drinkable. Lovely. 8/4/8/5/17

This rating is from my 160th New Jersey brewery. On tap at Tall Oaks. Number one with a bullet. Mahogany brown color. Creamy tan ring. Toasted malt aroma hints at caramel and red berries. Flavor is caramel, black currants and baker’s chocolate. Light bodied for sure. Dry finish.
