Sample. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy pale golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, coriander, orange, hops and yeast.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a hazy yellow color with a thin white head that burns away steadily. Short strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, citrus and wheat. Light body with flavors of fruit, yeast, sweet spices and malt. The finish is citrusy with a wheat aftertaste. Decent overall.

2004 draught. Pours with an incredible amount of sediment. Thickly cloudy, opaque. Color of orange peels, golden-orange with some lighter yellows. Small thin head, light amount of lacing. Aroma has some light citric notes, a hint of dry coriander and yeast. Flavor is very dry, crisp, lightly tart and has plenty of coriander. Light lemon peel on the finish with a bit of sharpness from the yeast. Coarse and grainy, with a touch of thinning as it warms.
