An American-style wheat beer with a light, crisp flavor and an essence of strawberry. We use an American style wheat yeast with subdued flavor profiles, allowing light citrus aromas to emerge from the Centennial hops and balance the hint of strawberry flavor.

Refrigerated 12 oz. can from shrubber85 poured into a glass. Hazy golden with light white head. Aroma is strawberry, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters and strawberry.

Strawberry, wheat malt, milk, grass and orange peel aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with large white head. Lightly sweet strawberry, milky wheat malt, and mildly bitter orange peel and grass flavor. Okay body. Pleasant - minimal sweetness but nice strawberry flavor.

From a 12 oz. can. Pours a hazy straw with an off white head. Aromas of strawberries and grain. Flavors are moderately sweet with some bitterness in the finish.

Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light malty, moderate strawberry, sweet strawberry - artificial strawberry. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, earthy strawberry, grass, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131111]
