A hybrid West coast / East coast DIPA. Centennial , Citra and Mosaic are added through out the boil resulting in a nice blend of IPA flavors. From grapefruit to a mild piney bitter.

On tap. Off white head with trailing lace and gold/orange color. A-citrus-mandarin Orange, some light malt. T-follows, slight lingering peppery.
