Half pint, cask at Bricklayers Arms, Putney. Very dark brown coloured body under a bubbly white head. Tranquil aroma of spicy hops. Malty notes in flavour with a brush of bitterness in the background. Faint palate (18.03.2008).

Cask at The Bricklayers Arms Putney 4 Feb 08. Black. A rapidly disappearing off white head. Hard to find any aroma. Pleasant fruity flavor. Dry fruity finish. No bitterness.

Cask at the Ipswich Beer Festival 2004, gravity dispense. Black colour, roasted malty and ...err... MILD flavour. Smooth. Low on hops like expected from this style.
