Polycask.Clear medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate apple, fruity - flowers, horse blanket, wood. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet apples, yellow apples, flowery apples, medium dry, light tart apples, sulfur notes. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is flat. [20130828]
