Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Pale red colour. Light malty and hoppy moldy blueberry aroma. Light bitter finish. Some blueberry notes. Oily palate.

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Cloudy pink. Butter, butterscotch, berries, vanilla, sweet and slightly sourish, milk. Not my thing.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - damson to pink. Off white pinkish head. Nose - sour, funky blackberry. Taste - blackberry, wild strawberry and funk underneath. Palate - tangy and medium bodied. Dry, long, tangy finish. Good texture. Overall - very nice.

Can from Eltham Wines. Dark pink pour with a light pink head. Nose is rhubarb & custard sweets, red berries, apple pie, strawberry jam. Flavours of rhubarb & custard sweets, baked apple, redcurrants, strawberry Starburst. A lot more sweet than sour. Tasty.
