English Pale malts coupled with Challenger and Goldings hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale, with caramel aromas, a pleasing toffee apple flavour and a late bitterness.

Slighty hazy light amber-gold color with almost no head. Malty aroma and malty-spicy flavor with some aftertaste bitterness.

(Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm, Mar 10) Beautiful amber colour. Nose is malty and fruity with hints of hops. Taste is fruity with apricots, citrus (orange, grapefruit) and a rather long finish with a frutiy, flowery bitterness. Very drinkable.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear deep golden. Verufruity and sweet with some raisin and clean mouthfeel. The hop rate is low, and is the bitterness. It never really gets started.

(Bottle 50 cl) Golden with a slight haze and a small head. Hoppy, floral aroma. Slightly malty sweetness and then not too much more. Pleasant all right, but a bit bland - or the aroma promised too much... 120700

Bright white head that lingers lightly. Very golden color. Doesnt quite have the taste you’d expect from an ale.

Pours a orange with no head at all. Subtle aroma of hops. Flavor is a very mild grassy hoppy combo. Does not stand out real well but its there. Not real heavy of a flavor but light and refreshing all the same.

Slightly fruity nose from this amber beer with a frothy head. Smooth beer similar to a bitter and a nice fruity flavour. Overall very pleasant indeed, and an English beer with no overbearing bitterness.
