Time Travel II é uma Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout de 13,5% ABV, nossa primeira cerveja envelhecida em barril de madeira, mais especificamente em barris de carvalho que foram do whisky bourbon Heaven Hill.
A Stout em si, antes do envelhecimento, tem uma base pesada e licorosa, com notas fortes de café torrado, caramelo e chocolate, e os 15 meses que passou dentro do barril trouxeram ainda mais complexidade pro aroma, combinando o amadeirado, com couro, fumaça e um toque de baunilha e frutas secas no final.

Pours black with a small tan head. Aroma: molasses, roasted coffee beans, bourbon barrels and rum. Taste: molasses and plenty of roasted coffee beans. Rich palate. Balanced. Brutality!!!

Bottle, courtesy of Carlos. Shared with MiroB and Luka. Black with beige head. Chocolate, cocoa, dates, some prunes, bourbon in the back, moderate sweetness, smooth texture. Nice one.
