Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di sour e di vinoso. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto opalescente e anche qui la grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si fermano indizi di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, erbe aromatiche, vinoso e sour.

2022 vintage, tap at ASF 2024, in Reggio Emilia, Italy. Pours pale gold, medium transparent, with scarce foam. Aromas is moderately citrus (peel) and herbal. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium-low sour, with some bitterness as well. Final has some more sourness, maybe the best part of this beer.

On tap @So Good in Rome. Hazy golden with a medium white foam. Nose: fruity, jam of yellow fruit, spices, mild wood, cellar. Mouth: very soft carbonation going like d of flat, citric and a bit sweet, Chardonnay character is evident and pleasantly there. Clean, flaw-free. For me a very good one.
