Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
Cask at Treefolk's, Rome. Black with beige head. Coffee, chocolate, some fruity notes. Very nice at first, but some sour note in background. Wonder if that’s trace of an infection.
