Non “solo” Mundaka Verde. Quest’anno riusciamo a portare la freschezza del nostro luppolo sperimentale anche su Giant Step Verde.
Raccolto nel Monte Taburno, essiccato e utilizzato in fiore, entro poche ore dall’essiccazione, nella nostra Giant Step.
Al tipico dank della Giant Step si affiancano note più citriche ed erbacee che ci riportano con la mente nel mezzo del luppoleto. Un’esperienza che, prima o poi, speriamo di riuscire a fare tuttə assieme.
Raccolto nel Monte Taburno, essiccato e utilizzato in fiore, entro poche ore dall’essiccazione, nella nostra Giant Step.

On tap at CRAK Casana. Cloudy orange with large lasting white head. Hoppy, malty, some pine/herbal notes, citrus. Medium bodied.
