Här har du en glutenfri IPA i äkta Amerikansk anda. Bryggd på Amerikansk humle för den gräsiga doftens skull och med en krispig ton av citron. Ljus till färgen, med med tydliga malttoner och markerande beska, som sig bör. Vi tog oss friheten att bryta en och annan konvention längs vägen och döpte ölen därefter. Freedom IPA.

Appearance: Hazy nutt brown color with a off white head that leaves some lacing.
Aroma: Hoppy and tropical fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet and a fine bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Slightly sweet tropical fruity and rich hoppy.
Overall impression: Tasty and nice IPA.

50cl bottle [from trade with SaintMatty] shared with Joes, Dutchdrebus and Ansjelaah. Clear orange color, small off-white head that lasts for quite awhile. Aroma is more like a double IPA to me: sweetish malts, pine, resin, hops. Taste malts, a bit sweetish hops, lightly resin and pine. Low to medium body, low to medium carbo.
